Join us on Tuesday March 26 as we recognise World Epilepsy Day. This year, it holds a very special place in the hearts & minds of all here at MWSS as we have dedicated the 2024 event to Kennedy.
All staff and students are encouraged to wear PURPLE (or bright colours) and bring along a Gold Coin donation to add to our class Money Trains. The classes with the longest & wealthiest Money Train will earn themselves a class set of Zooper Doopers!
From 8.15am on the Junior Campus, we will be holding a Cookie Stall with cookies kindly donated by House of Sugar. Cookies will be $ 4 a cookie.
Across the school from 8.45am, attendance rolls will be marked & children will assemble to begin their class Money Trains. At the completion of the Money Trains we will assemble for a brief Parade and the unveiling of Kennedy's Friendship Bench.
Please remember, all clothing should be SunSafe and closed-in footwear (normal school shoes are preferred) should be worn.
All funds raised will be donated to Epilepsy Australia in accordance with Kennedy's Family's wishes.
