Congratulations to our Mackay West Opti-Minds team who travelled to Brisbane over the weekend. Our Social Sciences team not only represented Mackay West but also the Mackay Region and took out the win against teams from all over Queensland.
Thank you Mrs Orr for coaching our girls to success. Also to Mrs Middleton for supporting and supervising our team and Mrs Leggatt, the regional coordinator. Without the many volunteer hours and dedication to our students they would not have these amazing opportunities.
